To secure your booking we usually require a non refundable deposit of 1 night's tariff per room.
We do not have credit card facilities so please make cheques payable to Pitcairn house.

For cancellations of less than 7 days before your planned arrival date we reserve the right to retain any deposit and to charge for the full amount of the booking.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes a holiday cancellation clause..
